Pradeep has been working in the high-tech industry for more than 30 years. During this time he has architected, designed, and implemented many services and technologies in both user and kernel spaces on Windows, UNIX, and VMS. He has been deeply involved with Networking, Communication, Wireless, Mobility, Security and Load balancing technologies as a developer, manager, and architect. This involvement has been at all levels – tactical and strategic thinking for the future, in devising innovative and creative solutions to hard problems, in the architecture, design, development and shipping of various technologies, services, and products, in doing research and incubation of leading edge ideas, and in devising processes and methodologies for achieving high degree of quality and engineering excellence. Pradeep has worked closely with customers, executives, technologists, researchers, developers, testers, consultants, and others responsible for using, planning, researching, developing, delivering, and supporting various technologies, services, and products.

Pradeep has filed many U.S. and International patents and has so far been granted 47 patents in various technology areas.
